That desire to want to want things to go back to how it was, inclusive of what your physical state of being was can be so…ugh!
But, hey!
Even if the entirety of who you are might have to be tweaked, know that you’re beautiful and handsome and you can be the version of yourself, even now!

Whew!!!
There can be times when you feel like you just can’t pretend to be strong again…
It feels like your encouragement and push to be strong and carry on is heavy!
Guess what?
It isn’t!
There is so much beauty in carrying on and pushing yourself because it takes courage, stamina and self-confidence to do it!
It takes you moving past your mental state; it takes you moving past what your circumstances are saying!
And that, right there, is HUGE and worth it!
