Fortifying the land is a continual process which brings an abundance of healthy produce.
Parky’s Produce was started when I decided to remove the grass from my front yard because of constant droughts. This enabled me to expand my garden. With the abundance of vegtables, I decided to branch out and supply to restaurants. Tomatoes, baby lettuces, herbs, eggplant, beans, radishes and beets for starters and I’ll grow from there. I am focusing on small restaurants that care about quality and very local organic produce.
My mission is to incorporate more front yards in my communtiy to further the expansion of Urban Farming.
