I wrote this book to doument all the true, funny stories that I remember from my past. Growing up in Brooklyn as a twin (with two older twin brothers) was a fun but chaotic time. All the stories are true but some names have been changed to protect the guilty.

I always smile when I hear the term, “like a bull in a china shop” because my parents owned a china shop in Brooklyn. I learned a lot at that China shop, and from my parents. I learned how to treat people with respect. I learned how to be efficient when serving customers, I learned how to gift wrap packages, I learned inventory control. I learned a lot about china patterns and silverware and which spoon to use for what purpose. Most importantly, I learned about hard work. My father worked six days a week and seven days a week during the holidays. I never heard him complain. They had four boys (two sets of twins) to support from that China shop. I worked there summers and holidays as did my brothers and my mom. I loved working there. Our parents encouraged us NOT to take over the china shop. Three of us worked in finance and the other, a doctor. I miss that china shop and am very proud of my parents.
