Today I reached a major mild stone in my journey. My goal is to reach 10% body fat for my competition April 7th. Iβve been struggling at 15% for over over a month. It was so frustrating my body was not having it. I was doing my plan, eating the right foods, exercising. Blah blah...Well folks this morning at weight in I am at 11%... check it out! Iβm so happy. Now my celebration over got to focus on the prize.πͺπ½ππ½ββοΈπ₯π

I am pushing my body like never before and I'm loving it. It is exciting seeing my transformation take form. Nutrition is playing a major role and hats off to my trainer Jason Salinas at S&B Elite Fitness.
The struggle is real right now.π if anybody knows me - knows I enjoy eating. During my 120 journey of transformation I'm limited to 1435 calories a day.π©π©π©
Today, April 7th seems so far away. Think me strong somebody for this is only a snack...soy raspberry with yogurt.
A juicy sweet pineapple, ginger, and turmeric. This refreshing beverage is full of immune boosting nutrients such as vitamin A, C and bromelain. So good for your digestion system.
Recipes:
1 cup pineapple fresh or frozen
1 tsp grated ginger root
1 tbsp lime juice fresh
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2 to 3 ice cubes (optional)
Mix well in a blender and enjoy...
What in your system?
Increase in hospitalizations is certainly cause for concern. With the flu season around us you're likely to catch an unwelcome guest if not protect with some type of prevention. Again what's in your system? There's still time to take precautions to prevent the flu or minimize the symptoms and duration. If you didn't get your annual shot and you are fortunate to not have experienced the flu thus far. Why not start with something your body wants naturally..ππ

In 2018 it's time to...
I want to share my journey with you all. I'm so excited what is happening now and what's to come. I'm 3 weeks in to my 120 day transformation. The last I had this type of physical push was back in my college days as a athlete. Now I'm challenging myself in all areas - Mind Body and Spirit.
If I truly want change, then I have to change things in my life...the push is on!
So here is a small portion of my journey. I want no regrets, no looking back saying what if. Age is just a number not a mindset...stay tuned more to comeππΌπͺπ½

Remember to always take time out to relax and care yourself whatever that looks like.
Just like the ocean tide that rush to the shore and smooths out what ever is underneath it upon its return. At time life gets a little overwhelming if you let it. Then you will need to inhale and release what ever doesn't service you.
Always be teachable and study the word.
