Our Therapeutic communities foster recovery through a comprehensive approach that promotes restoration of independence and reintegration into the wider community. "It's never too late."

Project Transition and PCS Mental Health would like to send a sincere congratulations to our President, Dr. Stacey Dixon on her marriage to her long time partner, Chris.

Before they married last week, Dr. Dixon and Chris met 10 years ago when she was 50 and he was 62. Since then, they have spent the last 10 years together building a relationship centered on love and laughter.

Last week our Philadelphia programs got together to celebrate Juneteenth a little early. Members and staff got to spend the day in the park listening to music, enjoying a barbecue, and participating in a tie dye workshop with !

Juneteenth marks our country’s second Independence Day, or the day slavery for African American’s officially ended in the United States. Celebrate Juneteenth today, and stand for the meaning of Juneteenth everyday.

We were honored to attend the official rebrand ceremony and open house for Broad Street Love (formally Broad Street Ministries).

Before rebranding to Broad Street Love, Broad Street Ministries originally opened in 2005 and provides stabilizing services to those experiencing deep poverty.

It has become a crucial part of Philadelphia's Community for the last 19 years.

Two weeks ago, Governor Shapiro's administration launched a new website called PA Navigate. It’s a search engine that PA Residents can utilize to find resources like food, housing, medical care, and more! All you have to do is type in your zip code and click "search!" It's such a much-needed resource that brings us one step closer to ensuring every citizen has access to the resources they need and deserve.
