Outback Strong aims to create a healthier Lake County by expanding our understanding of "strength." Our historical attitude of rugged pioneer toughness can be a barrier when it comes to taking preventive measures to remain healthy or to seeking healthcare except in emergency situations. Outback Strong wants to engage and empower people to take charge of their health and well-being to stop problems before they start.

We do our best to accommodate special dietary needs. We are required to have the following on file to do so:
If your child has a disability or medical condition that requires a food substitution, we must have a signed note from their provider that states:
• The medical reason requiring the substitution,
• What food(s) the child cannot have, and
• What foods may be substituted.
If your child cannot drink milk, we must have a note signed by a medical provider or parent/guardian that states the reason why.
We won’t be able to accommodate special requests today but will do our best to do so moving forward!
