Schedule update ‼️
Little update for ya. Unfortunately we had one of our employees get sick yesterday and he is currently quarantined. We will continue on with beer and food service on Saturday and Sunday but unfortunately will not be serving food on Friday and we will not have the staffing for brunch. Here is our updated schedule for this weekend.
Friday: 4-8pm (no food)
Saturday: 2-8pm (smash burger menu)
Sunday noon-5pm (smash burger menu)
Thank you for your understanding. This variant has been kicking everyone’s ass and we are no exception. See you this weekend friends! Tap list and food menu for the weekend will be put up tomorrow!

Little photo dump of our brew session last week. We are still “Gypsy” brewing for the time being meaning we brew our wort (that’s what we call beer before it has fermented and alcohol has been produced) on another breweries system. Last week we had the lovely opportunity to brew a little 4% Saison on our friend’s system It was fun. It was hands on. This system has a lot of character and we f*ckin dig it.

Looking like a fun week at stave. First tapping of a new Nectarine Sour we have been working on and are very happy with. Food on Friday and Saturday that will feature a new Nashville Hot Chick menu (don’t worry, we wouldn’t dare change the sandwich 🤙🏼). We also have a few bands playing this Saturday including some hip hop artists we are stoked on 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 we will be dropping more info during the week 👀
