and impact each other. This often stems from experiences of rejection, isolation, harassment and abuse, and makes it difficult to trust, connect or enjoy healthy relationships. I offer health, wellness and life coaching for LGBTQIA+ folks, coaching/counselling for parents of LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as LGBT+ inclusive professional supervision, secondary consultation, education and training. Through my extensive experience working with LGBTIQA+ people and their families, in addition to my own personal experiences, I have developed a deep understanding of the complexities and importance of family connections (chosen and/or birth families). I have created a program that takes LGBTQIA+ adults from feeling stuck and controlled by self-sabotaging behaviours and feeling weighed down by the results of their unpleasant ‘coming out’ experiences to creating insight, growth, inner strength and connection to self, friends and family so that they can live the pain-free, joyful, fulfilled life they’ve always hoped for. All in only 6 weeks. I also recognise the need for support for parents, on their journey to reduce their overwhelm, improve their understanding and reconnect as a family unit. I know that parents inherently love their children and will do everything they can to ensure they live a healthy, safe and fulfilled life. I also know that sometimes it is hard to know exactly how to do that. This is why I created an online program to support parents to achieve exactly that, in record time. I am passionate about creating a world that is safe, inclusive and celebratory of ALL people. My vision is to create this for LGBT+ people through the programs, coaching and education available through Indigo Journey.
