❤🐅 Beautiful Tschuna gave me eye contact 3 times on Monday! How lucky am I? It was lovely to see her exploring her enclosure: She took time scent marking the tree & tried to work out how to get the enrichment cube out of the top of the waterfall. In the end she gave up as she couldn't get it out. Photos taken 24.6.24 ❤🐯

Not much movement from the lions today (24.6.24) at Yorkshire Wildlife Park. They kept in the shade, on this hot sunny day, until it was time to go inside ❤🦁

🎉 Happy 1st birthday to a very special girl, Auckley 🎉
Auckley was born at Yorkshire Wildlife Park & is the only surviving Amur leopard cub in Europe in 2023. Photos taken yesterday 17.6.24, so lovely to see her exploring & becoming more independent from mum, Kristen 🐆❤

We were so pleased to see Puffins on Bempton cliffs 7.6.24 & at Flamborough Head 8.6.24. I love these little birds. They are nesting & living their lives on the edge of the cliffs, until it's time to go back to sea after they have reared their offspring ❤

Monday's visit to Yorkshire Wildlife Park to see the lions 🦁
They are all gaining confidence & the cubs- Teddi, Emi & Santa were playing rough & tumble. It was so lovely to see the girls posing on pride rock 13.5.24 ❤🦁

🦁❤ This morning I was one of the 1st members of the public to see the newly rescued lions, originally from the Donetsk region in Ukraine (Aysa & her 19 month old cubs Teddi, Emi & Santa) in their outside enclosure for the 1st time at Yorkshire Wildlife Park. It was wonderful to finally see them out & so relaxed. They are very beautiful lions 🦁❤
