GaiaTree Mantra is Elias Harmony & 'Zarn' Tazana Karjana with friends. Both Sound Healers, Elias's meditative guitar style and vocals combined with Zarn's unique and powerful vocals on harmonium have coalesced an ecstatic and gentle focused emersion of music. Carrying the listener into a deep heart centred experience. With soaring devotional melodies their songs & Mantras express a desire to encourage a space of Peace, Love and Healing, both personally and planetary.

Sound Healing & Song at isn't on this month as I've scheduled the long weekend off. As we come closer to the Winter Solstice it's a good time to tune in and rest. And while it's a perfect time to attend the restorative and nourishing events that I hold for others, I too need a short break from holding space and to nourish myself.

Wow only 2 weeks till Sound Healing Journey ~ Autumn. As I continue flowing with the seasons.

Dress warm and cosy up for a nourishing session.

In TCM the qi of Autumn is associated with the metal element in our bodies. Which governs the lungs & large intestines associated with the emotion of grief, sadness and ‘letting go’. As the air becomes cooler and dry we will focus a little more on nourishing theses organs when respiratory issues arise and letting go of grief held in the body.
