Ingredients:
50ml Glaswegin London Dry
37.5ml homemade pink peppercorn syrup
12.5ml fresh lemon juice
3 strawberries
12.5ml agave syrup
Strawberry puree
Rosemary
Crushed Ice

Method:
Muddle diced strawberries in your glass, add agave syrup and fill the glass with crushed ice.

In a shaker, add pink peppercorn syrup, lemon juice and Glaswegin. Shake well and strain into your glass.

Top with a drizzle of strawberry puree and garnish with a sprig of flamed rosemary.

30ml Glaswegin Tequila Cask Matured Gin⁠
20ml Green Chartreuse liqueur⁠
20ml Maraschino liqueur⁠
20ml lime juice⁠

Method:⁠
Add the gin, green Chartreuse, maraschino liqueur and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a brandied cherry.⁠

Ingredients:

25ml Glaswegin London Dry
50ml Elderflower Liqueur
25ml fresh lemon juice
3 drops Mrs Bitters Foamer or egg white

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker. Shake well, double strain and serve.
