Some transactions are straightforward, while others test you in every way possible.

This one takes the cake for top #5 hardest transactions I’ve had to deal with. It came with no shortage of challenges from before listing it, ‘til the very last minute. Iykyk!

To be very honest, I didn’t even know if I had it in me to get it to closing. But we did it you guys 🙌🏼 While I hate the tough transactions, I truly believe that it gives you experience like none other and helps you grow thick skin, always be ready with a solution, and help your clients successfully close.
