Shooting portraits like I’m shooting a movie 📷🎥.

I’ve always loved a good landscape style portrait photo shoot. The width allows me to have more space to expand my narrative and it just looks like a movie.

Massive shoutout to .ivana for being such an amazing model for this project 👌🏻😁💯.

Shot with R5 + RF28-70mm.

Find things around you to create new composition for photography 📷.

This is something that I love doing. I always ask myself, “How can I make it more interesting and see things in a different perspective?”

Here are some examples on how I used to ramp at the beach to create different compositions and framing; using foreground and shadows.

Obsessed with this view. The sea, cliffs and setting sun. I reckon it’s the best way to view a good sunset.

Learning to cherish summer days in South Australia even more these days.

Never wore any jewelry until I stumble on 🔥. I mean how can you resist these fine crafted pieces of art. Each of them comes with a story and meaning behind it. Thus, taking the experience of wearing these pieces to a whole new level 👌🏻.

Also, looks pretty dang good in photos as well.

Slightly late to upload this series. Shoutout to .img for doing an awesome job posing for the shots 👌🏻💯.

Also, bring a rebel here by uploading in landscape 😆. As usual, the remaining set of photos will be available in .portraits 📷.

As 2022 comes to an end, I just wanted to give a massive shoutout to everyone that has supported me on this platform (and YouTube). It’s only been 3 years but I had such an amazing journey, from just someone that aspires to become a creator to being able to do this full time. I couldn’t have done it without you guys.

Also, massive appreciation to some of the brands out there that placed your full confidence for me to create content for y’all. You know who you are.

I’ll say this 2022 marks the end of my first chapter as a creator. 2023 will be the launch of the second chapter! And I can assure you that there will be some crazy good stuff coming your way.

So here’s to 2022. See you all on the other side. #2023

Last minute shopping? Here are some budget watches that I highly recommend for this holiday season. Swipe to view 👉🏻

1. Seiko 5 - This is a budget friendly timepiece for anyone that wants to get into an automatic watch. Durable, classy and it has many options for you to customize it (as this is the most modded seiko model).

2. Seiko Speed-timer(panda) - absolutely love this watch. The design is just so elegant and stylish. Runs on solar so you don’t need to worry about the watch dying on you. I rock this piece almost on a daily basis.

3. Baltic Aquascaphe - You just can’t go wrong with classic design. And Baltic does it right. Minimal and stylish suitable for all you divers out there and also super cool as a dress watch.

4. G-Shock GM2100 (casi oak steel) - If you’re a fan on G-Shock you just can’t miss this watch. This is where the classic casi oak gets an upgrade. Covered in steel, this model looks even better and you can rock it in almost any occasion.

5. The casi oak GA2100 - I think this watch is a must for everyone. The classic casi oak what more do I need to say. Comes in a variety of colors 🤌🏻.

So here you go, if you’re read this guide till the end. I appreciate you heaps. Happy holidays everyone 🖤.

Someone asked me, how does the x100v fair when it comes to portrait photography. Here you go 🤯.

As you all would know, 35mm is my absolute favorite focal length to shoot in. And it still has a good separation for the subject and back ground (shoot in f/4.5).

Also, these are taken on a film emulation and exported as fine jpeg. Just need to light the subject properly before shooting and the result is amazing. No post edits required 👌🏻.

It’s definitely a cool camera to have on shoot to just add a different element to your overall shoot. 💯

Switching things up in the 35mm lab. I love moving things around as it provides me with different perspective and helps in generating new ideas and inspiration.

This new layout will serve better for my edc x photo reels throughout this season. Also, all these photos are taken on a film emulation done via my x100v.

I am blown away by how flexible and awesome the film profile setting is. Everything is shot and exported as fine jpeg and the quality is so bloody good. I can pretty much post this without going in to LR. Stoke to create more film presets to test it out.

Joy is where you’re able to take both of the things you’re passionate about and mesh it up together. EDC + photography 🔥💯.

Flying the flag 🏴‍☠️ here down under. The hoodie in the studio is such a vibe 🔥.

Also, the quality is definitely as mentioned, thick, rugged and super durable. This is probably be my go to jumper in the coming cold season.

The panda 🐼⌚️. Still rocking this amazing piece exclusively for the past few weeks. Do I need or switch it up yet? Probably not 🖤💯.

Just a simple reminder when doing the grind. It’s all about what you do, not what people think of you 💪🏻.

Have been carry this coin as a reminder for the longest time. Shoutout to & for this amazing piece.

You know you’re aging when you’re preferences are slowly changing.

I used to think metal bracelets watches are such a bothersome to wear and it just doesn’t vibe with me. But as I grew older I began fall in love with them more and more. More so that I’ve gotten so many metal bracelets watches over this year alone.

But I think I’m doing fine in terms of growing into a more sophisticate taste 😆.

Are you a bracelet/leather/rubber band kind of person?

When I asked for a photo and this is the outcome 🔥. A photographers dream to have a partner that can snap amazing photos as well 😆.

The most important thing learned through out my journey as a photographer is persistence. Looking back at some of the photos that I’m proud of, I can recall how unwillingly I was to kick myself up from the bed/sofa to get out to shoot. And not forgetting the time where I travel miles away and gotten nothing.

However, it was the mind set of being persistent that helped me gain momentum in my consistency. And without that I wouldn’t have taken so many amazing photos to share with all of you.

So if you’re not feeling motivated to head out to shoot. Take my advice, just head out anyways. Most of the time these trips are the ones that creates the most memorable & impactful photos.

Here are just some photos that I’ve taken at my gambier around 6:30 in the morning and it was freezing cold with poor visibility outside.

A picture is a poem without words.

“A picture is a poem without words.” - Horace

This is quote has always been a mantra for me when I started my journey as a photographer.

For me, photography more than just capturing a good picture using a good camera. It’s a form of expression, a way to tell a story.

There’s a huge difference on how the eye and the lens perceive a view. That is why there are tons of different lenses in the market that helps create different effect on the photo itself.
