5 steps I use when it comes to turning goals into reality
1. Be very clear on what you want. (do not worry about the “how” to make it happen)
2. Know your “why”! This is where most fail when it comes to goal setting. If you don't know your why most likely you will never arrive and you’ll continue chasing it or move on to the next. Your WHY is your driving force!!
3. In a journal/goal-setting workbook. Write your goal every morning (or evening) in a state of “gratitude” as if it has already happened. I am so thankful for my health so I can live a long life and be here for my children, grandchildren, family, friends, and the work I am here to give back to the world.
4. Put a date to it and take one micro-step action each day.
5. Start every day with clarity and intention to bring you closer to your goal.

God will shift the universe and place people, places, and things to help you achieve what you want.

What we think and what we feel influences what we do.
So, every day in my daily gratitude/reflection journal, I write down what I “want” to think about. My dreams, goals, and what I am grateful for.
Why? Because if I don't, my brain will offer me the worst thoughts. My brain (and yours too) loves to find everything wrong in my life to focus on. I gently redirect it to what I WANT it to think and believe instead.
This year, my favorite thought and affirmation is, "Everywhere I look, I see Miracles."
When you go through life thinking, EVERYWHERE I LOOK, I SEE MIRACLES, miracles start throwing themselves at you, begging you to notice them.
Be mindful of your thoughts and check in with yourself daily.

With the end of the year fast approaching, many of us are thinking ahead about the changes we want to make as we move into 2023.
What resolutions or goals are you setting yourself and how are you planning to stick to them?

Your goals set the tone for your actions - your actions create your reality.
When our body and mind are moving fast, our visions become a blur. As you slow down, you use more of your physical senses to experience your surroundings.
By reaching the point of stillness through meditation, we can better understand the lessons that the Universe has to offer us.
Read it and reread it as many times as needed.
Intent Influences Outcome
At the very beginning of each day or each meditation, you tell the universe what you want.
Focus on your life, your goals and life purpose, telling your body what you want, and have a beautiful image of yourself and what kind of life you want to live. Then you can send a message to the universe.
What kind of image do you see of the world you want to live in?
What is your purpose? What do you want to accomplish?
What is your intention?
Make your purpose clear.
Submit your message in the light while meditating
Feel the essence of your message
Let go of any fears and doubts
After that, you solely focus on the moment.
Feeling how good you feel.
Feeling the tingling sensations in your hands, in your body, seeing light in your body, and focus on that!
Once you put yourself in the ‘Oneness’ you trust the energy and trust the messages you receive. Trust the intelligence within you.
Too much analytical thinking may stop your inner wisdom from surfacing
In the quietness you breathe slowly, gently, and deeply. You help yourself to wake up the intelligence in the body.
You receive these messages to help you fix the wrong information in the body.
It is a process of cleansing, so a lot of people cry and they feel peaceful at the same time; they feel lots of emotional experiences, again, just let it be and allow it to happen. It is a process of detoxifying. When you open all this old information and messages get cleared out, health is going to restore back your life.
This is why having a purpose when practicing Spring Forest Qigong is important, regardless what your purpose is; for healing or for relationship, or for higher vibration. When you have a purpose, the Qi, is automatically directed to support your purpose.
