Bad news....quitting Keto after getting this recent blood work back—plan to to start low-Salt, low-fat diet. (Joking of course!)
As you can see, three years of eating 8-10 egg yolks per day, loads of butter and coconut oil and red meat is causing some seriously concerning elevations to my cardio-metabolic parameters.
Have to course correct before more damage is done—bye bye dietary cholesterol and saturated fat! 😂

Goes to show that three years of high-fat is actually improving metabolic health and blood lipids; not adversely affecting it as the American Heart Association suggest.
Who thinks I should get back on the American Heart Association recommended diet and have 6 servings of heart-healthy whole grains and more polyunsaturated canola oils??
