Handmade with love, this 108 bead mala necklace and matching bracelet set features Amazonite, Sunstone, Amethyst and Lava stone beads.

My malas have 108 beads + the guru bead, that’s the one down near the tassel. They are handmade and infused with lots of love and good intentions. Each mala takes me approx 2 hours to make, there’s a double knot between each bead. Every piece is totally unique.

Mala beads are traditionally used in meditation and prayer or you can simply be worn as a reminder of an intention or focus you have set. Some wear them to achieve a calm mind, body and focus.

☀️ Bliss Balls☀️

I have been making this recipe for quite a few years now. These bliss balls are a delicious, super nutritious snack and my kids love them in their lunch boxes! Winner!

Here’s how to make them…

Into your Thermomix or high powered food processor, add…

120g nuts. I use a combination of almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.
30g sunflower seeds
30g pepitas
200g dried, pitted dates
60g sultanas
2 tabs raw cacao
1 tsp chia seeds
3 drops doTERRA essential oil. I’ve tried OnGuard, Ginger, Peppermint, Wild Orange. All are delicious!

Blend on high speed until mixture clumps together. I do speed 9 for about 45 seconds in the thermo. If the mixture is a little dry, add a tablespoon of water and blend again.

Roll into balls, then into coconut. Store in the fridge.

Yuuuuummmmm!

Black bean brownie! It’s gluten free, refined sugar free and dairy free (if you use dairy free choc chips! 😉). I added a few drops of OnGuard today. It gives it the most delicious flavour! In the past I have added doTERRA peppermint, wild orange, or ginger essential oils. All totally delish!

Friday fake-away! Pizzas 🍕💃🏻So delicious! The kids had a great time making their own, it cost a fraction of the price of buying them and we know exactly what’s on and in them! Winning!

I’m really struggling to grow Basil at the moment… I have tried growing from seed, cuttings and seedlings from the markets with no luck, see pic of my sad Basil 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thankfully, our Basil essential oil offers a delicious flavour punch and a great alternative to fresh if you don’t have it 🤤 I simply added a few drops to the pizza dough (we made it in the thermomix, but the traditional method would be fine too). Delicious!!

We have the fluffiest puppy! We took her for a drive in the car the other day and the boot has been full of fur ever since. Check out the boot of my car AFTER vacuuming 🤯🤯🤯

So here’s how I get rid of all the extra fur that the vacuum just won’t budge.

I wrap a piece of masking tape around my fingers and pat my hand all over the fury areas! It works an absolute treat!

This oily hack may help!

Black pepper essential oil has a delicious, warm, spicy aroma and delivers a warming effect when massaged into the skin!

Try adding a few drops of black pepper essential oil and a few drops of coconut oil to your hands, give yourself a foot massage then pop on some socks or slippers. Toasty 🔥

Black pepper essential oil offers wonderful benefits to the body. It’s a great oil to naturally support this time of year 😷 🤧

DIY Foaming hand wash! I will NEVER buy store bought again!

It costs under $1 to make my own, and my DIY version contains zero nasty ingredients, yay!

You’ll need a foaming handwash bottle, then add…

- A few tablespoons of plain Castile soap
- Essential oils. I’m using doTERRA Peppermint, Lemon and Grapefruit today. About 6 drops of each.
- Filtered water. Leave room at the top of the bottle for the foaming mechanism.

That’s it! Your own DIY foaming handwash!
