People always say, yoga changed my life. For me, my yoga practice has and continues to change me & my life.

My yoga practice has given me so much. Community, career, happiness, deep friendships. It’s allowed me to learn... My yoga practice has been a great teacher and gateway to shedding old versions of myself, so I can step into the latest version of me.

Practicing yoga gives me mindfulness- and even if just for a brief moment- it can be a gateway to clarity. My yoga practice has given me greater compassion and awareness.

For me, yoga is a gateway to joy, gratitude, connection to the present moment, love, and connection to one’s self, and others.

My yoga practice allows me to let go of comparisons, negativity, fear, and doubt.

How can one activity shape so much of a person’s life? It’s more than that. Yoga is a practice that walks alongside us, as we journey through our life’s path.

Blessed this morning (and every morning)! Woke up (huge blessing)! Came to the 7:00 am Heated Flow & Sculpt taught by (it was amazing) my bff was here and took class next to me!

Taught an 8:30 am Slow Flow to a wonderful group of people.

It’s 10:36 and its a beautiful day. Very grateful.

Back in action and having a great day! I’m subbing a lot this week so I hope to see some of you I don’t usually see.

I strive to help improve my clients mood, day, strength and/or flexibility in their bodies.

I deeply and genuinely care about each person who walks through our doors.

The knowledge I’ve accumulated over my decades + long career in the fitness industry (I have worked in every position there is 😂) is imparted to my clientele in every class & in every private session. I’ve completed certifications in many different modalities- including yoga, pilates, reformer, barre - and will always continue to invest in my education, as I know there is always more to learn.

The passion I feel for this work never runs dry. I hope you feel that too every time you come to 🤍
