Mount Lai is seeking a part-time Skincare Production Assistant to join our small but mighty team. This job requires in-person work at our skincare studio located minutes away from Princeton, NJ.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a very flexible part-time role (5-10 hours a week) for someone who enjoys being hands-on and doesn’t mind getting a bit messy to produce high quality, skincare products. We are looking for someone who can work well under pressure and is flexible – we are a small team and we all help where required. Experience in cosmetic manufacturing is not essential but hospitality / kitchen / lab skills or experience are preferred. Practical and applied maths skills are required including; weighing, counting, multiplying and subtraction.

As a Production Assistant, you will be mixing, formulating, pouring, packing, labelling and hand making our products. You will be working as part of a team and be on your feet and moving all day.

THIS ROLE IS FOR SOMEONE WHO:
Can adhere to health and safety standards.
Is detail oriented and meticulous.
Is able to follow production guidelines and specifications.
Can maintain a clean workstation and production space.
Can finalize and package products for shipment.
Can assist in drafting production procedures and standard operating processes.
Takes ownership and pride in their work.

YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:
Some experience in hospitality / kitchen / lab settings. (Preferred but not required!)
