Let me give you some information about the company and the starter kits! Paparazzi is a new at home based sales company that started in December 2010. It currently has just over 3,000 consultants in the US, with most of them being in the Utah area which is where corporate is located. All the jewelry and hair accessories sell for just $5.50 each! As a consultant, you make 45% off each item sold (So
, $2.25 for every $5 item sold!).(I sell mine for $5.50 to help cover shipping and tax) You also earn 5-10% commission off each recruit you get! Paparazzi does not have catalogs, so it is necessary to keep inventory on hand to sell at parties and events. There is a few different options on getting started with Paparazzi! One way is to pay the $40 enrollment fee. This will not get you any product or business tools. It will only get you a username and password to the "back office", which is where we order our items from. People choose this option if they want to start out slowly, or can't afford the starter kits. The starter kits are the way to go! They offer a few different options with starter kits: - Small Home Party Kit -Jewelry Only. Priced at $300.00 which includes 100pcs of jewelry (no hair accessories), 50 sales bags, 25 display hooks, 25 party invitations, 25 receipts, 5 new consultant applications, 5 comp plan brochures, jewelry repair kit. - Small Home Party Kit. Priced at $300 which includes 100pcs inventory (70% jewelry, 30% hair accessories), 50 sales bags, 25 display hooks, 25 party invitations, 25 receipts, 5 new consultant applications, 5 comp plan brochures, jewelry repair kit. - Large Home Party Kit. Priced at $700 which includes 250pcs inventory (70% jewelry, 30% hair accessories), 150 sales bags, 75 display hooks, 75 party invitations, 75 receipts, 15 new consultant applications, 15 comp plan brochures, jewelry repair kit. - There are 2 other larger Kits for starting boutiques or events.
