Regional Education Office for Tuscany - Italy ๐ฎ๐น
The Regional School Office for Tuscany serves as a branch of the Ministry of Education, University, and Research on a regional scale ๐ซ. It acts as the pivotal link between the Ministry and the autonomous schools in the region (over 600 across various levels: pre-primary, primary, secondary) ๐. The office champions and propagates educational policies for students at the regional level ๐, assists educational institutions in developing and innovating their educational programs ๐, and fosters integration with other local entities ๐ค. Additionally, it supports the creation of school networks ๐ and carries out oversight and evaluative roles to ensure the educational goals set by the Ministry are met ๐. Specifically, Office III is instrumental in bolstering school autonomy, liaising with local, national, and international bodies, promoting the European dimension of education, and actively participating in European project planning, aiding institutions as consortium coordinators or partners ๐ช๐บ.

Ortakรถy 80.Yฤฑl MTAL has been functioning as a vocational and industrial high school since 2004, with a capacity of 1000 students aged 14 to 20+ years, located in the rural outskirts of Ankara ๐ซ๐ ๏ธ. Additionally, the school offers adult education for those over 20 years old who are unable to attend daytime classes due to work commitments ๐จโ๐๐ฉโ๐๐. Many students from less developed areas of the city come from families with lower income and educational levels ๐๏ธ๐ผ. The region is considered an affordable living option for newcomers from the Far East regions of Turkey and has recently become a learning hub for Syrian refugees as well ๐บ๏ธ๐.

Develop branched learning scenarios on sustainable and smart clothing business environments to be integrated into the virtual simulation through AI algorithms according to a learning path that achieves the learning objectives identified in the Competence Framework for Students. ๐ฟ๐ง
Develop a training program for teachers as "Sustainable Adaptive Teachers" and certify at least 60 IFP teachers as effective adaptive teachers, capable of preparing students for a sustainable entrepreneurial mindset through virtual simulation with artificial intelligence, Active Learning Methodologies, and an inquiry-based approach. ๐

General Objective
The main goal of the SEiSC project is to increase the capacity of IFP institutes to teach students a sustainable entrepreneurial mindset through virtual simulations and AI ๐ค, in order to improve their employability and career development ๐. The creation of networks between VET institutions and organizations operating in the sustainable fashion and smart clothing sectors aims to enhance the implementation of the project through a cross-sectoral approach materialized in realistic simulation scenarios ๐. The adaptive educational approach, supported by artificial intelligence algorithms that constitute the logic of simulation, is designed to help teachers enhance their practical teaching skills through digitalization, Design Thinking, game-based learning, inquiry-based teaching, Active Learning Methodologies (e.g., simulation-based), and systems thinking ๐ง .
