The Regional School Office for Tuscany serves as a branch of the Ministry of Education, University, and Research on a regional scale ๐Ÿซ. It acts as the pivotal link between the Ministry and the autonomous schools in the region (over 600 across various levels: pre-primary, primary, secondary) ๐ŸŽ. The office champions and propagates educational policies for students at the regional level ๐Ÿ“, assists educational institutions in developing and innovating their educational programs ๐ŸŽ“, and fosters integration with other local entities ๐Ÿค. Ortakรถy 80.Yฤฑl MTAL has been functioning as a vocational and industrial high school since 2004, with a capacity of 1000 students aged 14 to 20+ years, located in the rural outskirts of Ankara ๐Ÿซ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ. Additionally, the school offers adult education for those over 20 years old who are unable to attend daytime classes due to work commitments ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐ŸŽ“๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŽ“๐ŸŒ™. Many students from less developed areas of the city come from families with lower income and educational levels ๐Ÿ˜๏ธ๐Ÿ’ผ. SPECIFIC GOALS! ๐Ÿš€

Identify at least 12 best practices or strategies (2 per country) in IFP institutes regarding the teaching of a sustainable entrepreneurial mindset to students through virtual simulation and existing collaborations between IFP institutes and sustainable fashion clothing organizations (Active Learning Methodologies). ๐Ÿ”
Develop branched learning scenarios on sustainable and smart clothing business environments to be integrated into the virtual simulation through AI algorithms according to a learning path that achieves the learning objectives identified in the Competence Framework for Students. ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿง 
Develop a training program for teachers as "Sustainable Adaptive Teachers" and certify at least 60 IFP teachers as effective adaptive teachers, capable of preparing students for a sustainable entrepreneurial mindset through virtual simulation with artificial intelligence, Active Learning Methodologies, and an inquiry-based approach. ๐Ÿ…๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ
Create a virtual simulation platform that allows students to acquire a sustainable entrepreneurial mindset, integrate branched learning scenarios on sustainable and smart clothing business environments through supervised AI algorithms, and provide teachers with guidance according to an adaptive teaching approach. ๐Ÿ’ป๐ŸŒ
Disseminate the progress and results of the project activities to stakeholders, allowing the project to have an effective impact on project stakeholders and ensuring the sustainability of the virtual Community of Practice after the end of the project. ๐Ÿ“ข๐Ÿค

General Objective

The main goal of the SEiSC project is to increase the capacity of IFP institutes to teach students a sustainable entrepreneurial mindset through virtual simulations and AI ๐Ÿค–, in order to improve their employability and career development ๐Ÿš€. The creation of networks between VET institutions and organizations operating in the sustainable fashion and smart clothing sectors aims to enhance the implementation of the project through a cross-sectoral approach materialized in realistic simulation scenarios ๐ŸŒ. The adaptive educational approach, supported by artificial intelligence algorithms that constitute the logic of simulation, is designed to help teachers enhance their practical teaching skills through digitalization, Design Thinking, game-based learning, inquiry-based teaching, Active Learning Methodologies (e.g., simulation-based), and systems thinking ๐Ÿง .

The SEiSC project ๐ŸŒฟ is part of the European Green Deal ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ and the Digital Education Action Plan ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ, aiming to achieve the European Education Area by 2025 ๐ŸŽฏ and to meet the UN's Sustainable Development Goals ๐ŸŒ. It fosters sustainable development ๐ŸŒฑ, innovation ๐Ÿ”, and digitalization ๐Ÿ’ก while addressing the skills gap ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ.
Aligned with Finland's national strategy for sustainable development โ™ป๏ธ, we strive to harmonize the teaching of these values ๐Ÿ“š, enhance transparency ๐Ÿ”Ž, and issue sustainable development certifications ๐Ÿ“œ. Moreover, we develop expertise in climate ๐ŸŒค๏ธ and circular economy ๐Ÿ”„, preparing the educational institution of the future ๐Ÿš€.
Collaboration with companies is vital ๐Ÿค to prepare students for immediate entry into the labor market ๐Ÿ’ผ.
