Here’s how to apply face serums the right way:
1. Cleanse your face with your favorite face wash like awakening cleansing oil
2. Pat dry with a clean towel
3. Apply toner to face
4. Pump a small amount of serum into your hands and rub in
5. Apply the serum to your face and neck, massaging into the skin with a circular motion
6. Allow the serum to soak in. Do not wash off or rub with a towel
7. When dry, apply a moisturizer

Our Story
Bio
I have worked professionally for nine years as a certified esthetician, specializing in acne-prone skin and hyper pigmentation My belief and guiding principle is that what you put into your body will show in your skin. Your skin, and especially your face, offers a guide for us to understand what goes on internally. What makes Lau Botanicals unique is that our products are organic, plant-derived, and made with local Hawaiian ingredients. Lay Botanicals also donates a percentage of each product to Limahuli Garden & Preserve National Tropical Botanical Garden on the north shore of Kaua'i . We believe if your going to take from the 'Aina you need to give back to the 'Aina.
Inspiration
Developing a skin care product line has always been a dream for me. Moving to the islands inspired me even more. On every hike I took, I found different exotic flowers and fruit all over just falling off the trees. I curated and brought home different fruits and ingredients that I began to develop into masks, enzymes, and hydrosols. I learned the power of organic materials and truly how they could benefit the skin and our well-being. Also, I've always been a collector of different essential oils. On the island, I found all that I needed. Collecting and understanding the local plants and fruits allowed me to develop different serum's with luscious carrier oils.
Every Lau Botanical product is personally curated,, and proven to be a perfect add-on to your daily skin regimen.
