In reality that is the ultimate power. To be able to react to the outside events, emotions, anger and disrespect of others simply as part of life. Able to react to traumas, patterns and behaviours that might this trigger in us - that’s the true peace and power.
Being able to shift your mind from the less harmonious scenarios to the complete opposite and keep going with your day is a sign of an evolving human, a more conscious and more healthy. A healing human. A person who can sleep at night without anxiety and hyper active nervous system.

Dear humans,
We would like to invite you to this special journey. By using the power of the breath and the mystical energy of the sound we will explore higher states of spiritual consciousness, transformation of emotional blockages and the heart openning to unconditional love and peace.
We will hold a safe container for you to receive healing frequecies and explore ways to consciously use one of the most powerful tools the nature has given us, the breath, to activate a multitude of shifting and healing experiences in the emotional, mental and physical bodies.
Breathwork and sound healing provide an opportunity for emotions to surface and be released.

For the most comfortable experince please bring your yoga mat, blanket to cover yourself, pillow, water, and wear comfortable clothes.
As a reminder, please refrain from eating 2 hours prior and use the bathroom just before the session.

The vibrations created by these instruments have the power to give you a chance to experience another dimension where time and space doesn’t exist and where your heart can finally be heard.

Sound Healing is the practice of using sound in a therapeutic manner to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself and to promote personal growth and development.
The basic premise of Sound Healing is that All existence is vibratory in nature, and therefore it is the underlying vibratory field that sustains and imbues everything that exists with structure and form.
The driving force of all healing processes is consciousness, an unexplained fundamental manifestation of the universe that influences the nature and structure of existence by its effect on the behavior of sub-atomic particles.
Sound is a perfect tool for healing practices as well as personal development because it mimics the nature of existence and affects individuals at all levels: anatomically, physiologically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.
On Tuesday May 24th, join us for resting time when we pause and give our body a chance to calm down and arrive to a state of healing.
Our nervous system is constantly overloaded by the external stimuli as well as by our own emotions and thoughts which constantly are creating the energy we emit.
In order to shift ourselves into a new reality, we start with changing our perception. It allows us to see more clearly, learn about our own blocks and patterns and start releasing them. This is how our vibration shifts and we evolve.
We will start with a short breathing session, followed by sound of the gong, shruti box and various other instruments, finishing with a guided meditation.
I will be using TUNING FORKS to give you and your body a tune up as well.
Bring a yoga mat (we now have blankets for everyone!), wear cozy clothes and come a bit early to pull a tarot card by our resident Oracle, .oracle
Feel free bring crystals or anything you'd like to charge up during your session.
