I am presently sick with a cold.
Because of the Coronavirus worry I am staying home. Both to protect myself from catching something more dangerous and from creating unnecessary panic in others.

Yea I have this problem. It can also be the same thing that causes the human mind to find such creative solutions to even the most severe situations. :-)

I know it's back to work for some. I am always working and I am always on vacation muahahaha (my maniacal laugh!) That's the benefit and curse of being a work from home boss lady. I love it.

**Strawberry almond cookies
INGREDIENTS
Cream cheese block
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 t vanilla/almond
1 cake mix strawberry cake cake mix
Powdered sugar for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cream cheese and butter. Add the egg and flavoring. Add the cake mix slowly till blended 350 bake little scoops 15-20 mins
Garnish with powdered sugar once cooled

I don't remember where I got this recipe from. I just know it's delicious and different.
