The raw element on this dish is the cheese sauce on top. My husband proudly picked a courgette that he planted, and the least I could do was treat it with care since I have to admit I don't like the plating or reaping phase. Teamwork makes the dream work lol :). It was delicious

Sprouted chickpeas is growing on me, I am actually beginning to like the flavour with certain seasoning. this one was nice with a meaty taste.
1 cup sprouted chickpeas
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp herbamare
1clove garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 red peppers (add at the end)
1/4 red onion
blend all in a food processor then add diced peppers

I have been away from home for a few days and have not been able to post. I was able to introduce my raw breakfast range to people trying raw foods for the first time. They loved it and took recipes to try on their own.
