The raw element on this dish is the cheese sauce on top. My husband proudly picked a courgette that he planted, and the least I could do was treat it with care since I have to admit I don't like the plating or reaping phase. Teamwork makes the dream work lol :). It was delicious

Hi Everyone, I haven't posted for awhile, thank you for being patient with me. Nevertheless, I have been creating and still enjoying superb raw food but was unable to post. I have done a cheese to share with you today. Recipe will be on the blog soon.
The many uses of sprouted sunflower seeds, this is lovely with a jacket potato. or with salad.
Sprouted chickpeas is growing on me, I am actually beginning to like the flavour with certain seasoning. this one was nice with a meaty taste.
1 cup sprouted chickpeas
1 tsp sage
1/2 tsp herbamare
1clove garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 red peppers (add at the end)
1/4 red onion
blend all in a food processor then add diced peppers

I have been away from home for a few days and have not been able to post. I was able to introduce my raw breakfast range to people trying raw foods for the first time. They loved it and took recipes to try on their own.
Today we had crunchy granola (another version) with fruits
Today is day 54 of my 100 days eating mostly raw.
