Uncle John's Band was formed in 1989 in Clearwater Florida by a group of talented musicians who love to play the music of the Grateful Dead. UJB has played thousands of hours of Grateful Dead music from Chicago to Key West, but mostly centered around their home base of Tampa Bay Florida. Their weekly shows at Tampa's legendary Skippers Smokehouse created a Thursday night "church" for the deadicate

Hey everyone, just a heads up that our Saturday St Pete show this weekend has been moved. We will not be at 3 Daughters, but we were lucky enough to move our show to the fabulous Bayboro Brewing company. This is an indoor show in their amazing concert room with the mighty John Kelly running sound. Great food, great brews, an outdoor courtyard, and easy parking. We love this place, and hope to see you there! Please help us get the word out. And of course on the Tampa side, don't forget we're celebrating 25 years of UJB playing at Skippers Smokehouse this Friday!!

Howdy folks. Just a reminder...this Saturday July 1, UJB will be at Skippers Smokehouse for a very special show with guest lead guitarist Jaden Lehman. If you saw Jaden play with UJB at Jannus Live or the Floridian Social a couple of years back, you know he needs no introduction. Or maybe you've seen him on the East coast playing Shows with Oteil Burbridge and Friends, or the Melody Trucks band. Anyway, he's home from college in CA for the Summer and we're lucky enough to have him on board at Skippers this Saturday. Don't miss this one!
