Anything that saves me time. MyTIME. Is worth it.
Prepping veggies is not really what I would call A fun time... I could think of many other things I’d rather be doing but it’s worth the time if it means we are eating healthier, more whole foods.
But guess what I didn’t have to spend my time doing this time around... PEELING THE CARROTS 🥕
My veggies were so clean and fresh after using the Thieves Fruit & Veggie Soak that I didn’t NEED to peel them! Thank goodness cuz my peeler was on the fritz anyways!
But you could really smell the oils working!
This stuff may have just become a household staple and earned itself a permanent spot on the glorified sink rack.
How did you save yourself some precious time today??

What promotes healing in your life... 🌱

Did you guys know that animals also benefits from the use of Essential Oils?
And that essential oils can be used with animals SAFELY? 🐕 🐈 🦎
Now of course, Young Living are the only oils I make recommendations for when using oils for anyone and anything including our pets (DONT BUY JUST ANY OIL OFF AMAZON PLEASE!) but there are some cautions and guidelines that need to be followed such as 👇👇👇

*Predilution depending on animal species, size and purpose of use is a must🐴

*Caution when using certain types of oils such as oils containing phenols and citrus oils (especially on/with cats and other smaller breed animals)

*Area and method of application on the animal (petting or spraying on fur, on paws, ears...)

*Diffusing is safe for all animals. Also make sure that the animal has the freedom to leave the room where the oil is being diffused.

*Refer to the Essential Oil Desk Reference for Animals (can be found at Life Science Publising Canada)

When I first started using EOs I had four animals in our house, two larger breed dogs and two cats. They all got to experience life with essential oils and both my large breed dogs lived till 10 and 11 yrs, which is a good long life for any large breed dog. Now I have one cat 🐈 left and and a Bearded Dragon 🐉 my cat has had some benefits with oils when he experienced some minor skin infections like broken nails and abscesses, and I am currently using Ningxia Red to help my Dragon fight a bone infection and for meal and supplements replacement 😮.
