Nice story about a Nepalese dog! Sounds familiar a little like my dog's story...! Our dog, Khumbu, a stray, came to me in the Himalayas in Lukla, Nepal (9,500ft) and hitched a ride home with me, five flights!, to Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2009. We love him dearly, a Himalayan Sheepdog (?). He's an extremely smart dog, territorial, loyal, very expressive, a good communicator. Like the dog in this story, Khumbu and I chat daily. https://www.wbur.org/hereandnow/2021/03/15/ambassadors-dog-delisi-book
