Deep & Dope is a Bay Area DJ collective specializing in progressive house and melodic electronic music. Our goal is to create welcoming experiences through music, creativity, and community.

Community is at the heart of our mission. Yes, we will always strive to bring you the best music, sound, and experiences, but it’s you as a community member that matters most to us.

Today, I am thrilled to announce that the Deep & Dope SF Community – a collective started by Jerry Chiu, Yuvraj K., and myself will be opening support for Anjunabeats headliners, Aname at The Midway on January 20, 2024 to celebrate the release of their new artist album "Beautiful World".

"The inspiration for The Beats Collective came from a need for lifting up BIPOC sound artists both on playa's stages and off playa at venues - both burner and non.
We hold bi-weekly calls with the intention of folks who are passionate about music in different regions meeting one another and finding ways to connect sound artists with folks who can help their careers or mentor them.
We have an active discord where ideas are shared and folks in each region can share what they're doing and offer support to others.
The ultimate goal is to not only have more sound artists on stages at burns and festivals, but also to highlight, mentor and get paid gigs to sound artists.
Any BIPOC sound artist and allies are welcome to join!"
