It’s been 5 days since I posted here I haven’t stopped at all! Friday was rest day and Saturday I was out to Dartmouth shopping and got home late Saturday. I worked out Sunday and yesterday and going to as well today! Next week I’m going to try and hit the gym! I want to get lifting and i got someone who’s going to help me reach my goals! ❤️

A few years ago I was working out trying to do better/ feel better. I ended up giving up. Today is the day I start the journey again. This time I’m starting with a page. To keep motivated. This is my new page and I’d like to say hello everyone. On this journey I hope I have people here that want to join me. Let’s boost each other and help each other! For those who know me know I have delt with mental illness. And if you do too your not alone ❤️ we can get past it. And I’m here so you don’t have to do it alone. I’m also here for the people looking to get more physically active and fit. I’m going to start from doing exercises from home! Once ready we will hit the gym! I’m no professional.
