Big apologies and big thank yous all at the same time. Unfortunately I've had to make some changes and slight restructuring of my prices and services. There are no changes to prices for those of you who wear BIAB (builder in a bottle). Nail art does take a little extra time and with the use of extra product, I've had to add this on now. I hope you all understand and please message me privately if you have any questions.

A few other things that I need to crack down on (without being cranky)...

I am still having problems with clients arriving late. Please please please take note of your arrival time that I give you. If this continues I may have to cancel all of your future bookings.

Children- I know it's school holidays and it does get tricky. Being a Mum of 3 I totally get it. Please check with me prior to your appointment no later then the day before if you are absolutely stuck and need to bring your child. If you are in this situation, inside my house, inside the garage, in the back yard, running down the side path are all out-of-bounds, including picking up colours of polishes! This distracts me and also adds on time to your service. I need them to sit and be quiet pretty please.

Phones- I'm absolutely fine if you need to answer your phone if it rings!! Or sending a quick message, as sometimes ive had to do the same thing. Most of the time during your appointment I do need both left and right at the same time.

Thank you to the regular clients who arrive on time, pay in front of me when choosing to pay by bank transfer and of course look after their nails !

I know some people feel uneasy about this type of merchandise, that is absolutely fine, if you are still happy to do a bank transfer or cash as your payment option, then that is fine also. Please keep in mind, all bank transfers need to be complete before you leave my nail room, not after you leave.
Fingers crossed I have set it up correctly ! (Gotta love Telstra 🙄)

Please be on time to your appointment ! If you are 2-3 minutes late, you are LATE.
My days are jam packed, being late to your appointment has a domino affect on my day. As of 2024, I will be introducing a new charge per minute if you are late.

FYI- all of my nail art is all by hand. I do not use stamps, airbrushing or water decals. My nail art designs are all used with gel colours applied by a tiny handbrush, with either clear gel or gel top coat applied over the top to make your nail art permanent until your next infill.

A huge shout out THANK YOU to all of my wonderful clientele! Thank you to all of you who come to me on a regular basis. You arrive to your appointment on time, look after your nails, choosing a colour & design in efficient time, rebook & prompt payment. All of these things help create a smooth continual flow of my home business. I love my work days, I actually do get excited for your appointment and I'm just so lucky to be working from home in a gorgeous setting for you.

As the silly season approaches, I look at my appointment book and do begin to feel a little anxious as I have so many bookings ahead of me, some days are fairly steady and other days I've got at least 6/7 clients booked in on the one day all having different services. If 1 client arrives late, or even if one client takes a little longer to decide on colour& design, this puts me back further & further into the day, & there I am texting my next client (right in front of you) to notify them that im running behind. That's my only worry. I am excited for creating festive designs, just be mindful to have something in mind before your appointment.

To all of my very dear clients
This is a special message to all of you. I haven't had time to send individual messages or phone calls. So through here quickly,, I'm writing to let you know that I've had an unfortunate accident resulting in a broken knee. I have a grade 3 complete rupture in the ACL and multiple sprains in most of the ligaments. I cannot walk. Within a week I will be having urgent surgery, I'm just waiting for the call. I am still otherwise functioning normal in the upper half of my body and absolutely fine to do nails and see you for your appointment, while I wait to be given the date. I may not be given much notice, I may be given heaps of notice. I just don't know and at the moment its a little bit up in the air. So if you have an appointment with me in the next week I can only confirm it right on the night before. I'm so sorry. After surgery I may need a good week off or just a couple of days, however waxing and toe appointments at this stage are unable to happen as I can't stand and I can't guarantee a beautiful job. Please message me if you have any questions. I love you all and will keep you updated.
