It has come to our attention that an individual known as Rev. Fr. Raffy "Ali" E. Lopez, MO. SSA., has been conducting Masses and other religious activities within the Diocese of Antipolo. We wish to inform the public that he is neither a priest of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Antipolo nor a legitimate priest of the Roman Catholic Church.

Upon reviewing his Facebook profile, we observed that the cover photo he uses is not his own; it belongs to Fr. France Baasis, a priest of our diocese. This misrepresentation raises concerns about his authenticity and the legitimacy of his activities.

Furthermore, his group maintains a page "The Vicariate of Antipolo - Our Lady of Fatima Mission Station," which is introduced as a "Catholic Church · Religious organization." It is important to clarify that the Roman Catholic Diocese of Antipolo does not have a "Vicariate of Antipolo" or an "Our Lady of Fatima Mission Station." This page does not represent any legitimate entity within our Diocese.

This so-called Fr. Ali claims to be a priest under a certain Bishop, Roderick M. Yneco, SSA, DD. There are reports that he suggests that this bishop is in communication with the Bishop of Antipolo. Such Bishop Yneco is not recognized as a bishop of the Roman Catholic Church, and no such communication exists.

We want to make it clear that any sacraments or religious activities performed by this Rev. Fr. Raffy "Ali" E. Lopez, including Public Masses, Funeral Masses, School Masses, Weddings, Baptisms, and other related sacramental activities, are considered INVALID within the Roman Catholic Church. These actions do not carry the sacramental grace and legitimacy required for the baptized Roman Catholic faithful.

He has been observed celebrating Masses with Roman Catholic congregations in various locations within the Diocese of Antipolo, including malls, schools, and funeral chapels. We stress that these activities are not recognized by the Roman Catholic Church.

To ensure the reception of valid sacraments and other sacramentals, we strongly recommend that the faithful always approach directly their local parish office, which is part of the Roman Catholic Church. Avoid engaging with individuals who act as "agents" or "middlemen" as such roles do not exist within the Diocese of Antipolo.

For further inquiries or to report any suspicious activities, please contact your nearest parish office or send a message to the official page of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Antipolo. We remain committed to guiding and protecting our faithful from any misleading or unauthorized religious and sacramental services.

I would like to remind you that Washington Times reported on Saturday, July 27 (their time) that they did speak to a spokesman for the Paris Olympics, who confirmed that the scene was inspired by the Last Supper.

The latest narrative is just gaslighting and damage control, after it became clear that Christian outrage over this blasphemy is real.
(I would also like to point out that if you look closely at van Bijlert's "Feast of the Gods" painting, its composition and iconography is much nearer to the Last Supper than to other "Feast of the Gods" paintings. I would not be surprised if it itself was intended as a parody of the Last Supper.)

O Lord God Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, the sky and the seas, look kindly on us your children of the Philippine islands, our home, now beset with tensions over our West Philippine Sea.

We pray to you for peace over that part of our islands and waters. We pray that questions over it may be resolved through justice and respect for people’s rights.

We pray that no harm be done to our marine creatures and habitat. We pray that our fellow Filipinos protecting our islands and seas be kept safe from natural and man-made disasters.

Loving God you are wonderful Creator, our generous Provider of good things; send your Holy Spirit of wisdom and understanding to our leaders that they resolve this crisis with courage and in the spirit of dialogue.

Name-calling is one of the most damaging and painful types of bullying. It leaves victims with negative messages about who they are and invalidates them as a person. It's also harms people emotionally in the sense that it attempts to falsely define people. Sadly, this derogatory way of calling people is very rampant these days.

Meanwhile, the Devil also call people different names. The devil knows your name and he remembers it, but he’ll never call you by it. The reason is he would rather call you names that would invalidate you and have you label yourself based on your sins and weaknesses.

God, on the other hand, will call you by name when He sees you. And the sound of His voice saying your name will be glorious!

Now, tell me, are you Godly enough to hate the sin but not the sinner, or the other way around who would rather call people different names because of their sins?
