In observance of the Drug Abuse Prevention and Control (DAPC) Week 2023, with the theme "People First: Stop Stigma and Discrimination, Strengthen Prevention", the Barkada Kontra Droga of Don Carlos National High School, proudly present the entries of Short Film Making Competition.
This activity aims to raise awareness about the harmful effects of stigma and discrimination, showcasing the depth of students’ dedication to the fight against substance abuse.
