Green Leafy Vegetable Bathua is
inexpensive and rich in micronutrients such as “iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium and Vitamins A, C and B6, Bathua is an incredibly nutritious winter food.” Bathua also works as a blood purifier and liver activator.

Bathua--also known as lamb's quarters or cheel bhaji, is an ancient plant, related to both beets, spinach, and quinoa.
It is mostly available during winter in Central and North India.
