What to do when it’s 40 degrees in New York… eat a spaghetti donut.. duh ☀️🤌

I visited Marsha P Johnson State Park where they have the Smorgasburg weekly markets. It’s the largest weekly open-air food market in America, I walked into the market, hoping and praying that they had donuts, and they did not disappoint.

I was gobsmacked to see Spaghetti Donuts 😱. I was so impressed with the selection, however it was a no brainer which donut I was going to order. Cacio e Pepe is one of my go-to pastas.

It was a little strange to bite into, I’m not too sure what I was expecting. It was so compacted, the pasta did not fall apart. It was DELICIOUS, so filling, peppery and something very different.

⭐️ Now I’m not a pasta reviewer (yet), but I know donuts, and this donut gets a 10/10 for creativity and uniqueness.
