When I told him I did not buy because my payment would be too high for what I wanted... he kept trying to push other cars on me.. I tried to explain you can't go from someone needing an 8 passenger vehicle to a 5 passenger, but he kept interrupting me.... and being very rude. I finally just had to say please take me off your call list and had to just hang up.
I can not wait until my lease with my Optima is up so I will never have to deal with this place again.
