I’m all set up at the Homewood Art & Garden Fest! My sister and I are ready to sling some soap and other goodies tonight until 9pm and tomorrow from 10am-6pm! Come stop by to say hi, get some free smells, and something to take home! ✨

It only took less than an hour in Homewood to get smacked square in the face by one of these guys. I’m so glad I don’t have to deal with them in the city, but it’s definitely going to make this weekend more interesting!

A testament to things not working out! This was my first attempt at a le***an pride soap. I already knew the layers weren’t going to be straight because I was impatient (lol) but I wasn’t expecting it to completely crumble 😭 I have a few ideas what happened, but at least it was a small batch. On the bright side, this orange blossom fragrance is incredible so I will definitely be giving it another go! 🩷🤍🧡

Second loaf of the day! I’m really living my mermaid dreams with this one. 🧜‍♀️ I was prepared for it to misbehave but it was such an angel. I’m crying that I have to wait until tomorrow to cut it. Scented in Night Violet 💜🌙

Two brand new bars heading to the curing rack! 🍂

On the left has beautiful warm notes of cedarwood, vanilla, and musk. I had some fun with the colors and maybe overswirled a bit, but she’s a little psychedelic girlie that’s just here to vibe.

On the right, it had big rose notes freshly made but is now settling into deeper, smokier notes. Not sure if the rose will come back as it cures, but if you liked Suede and Smoke you will DEFINITELY like this one! The black was also done with activated charcoal.

Both are topped with my new chunky gold mica that is going to be my new obsession. (I’m seriously going to put this on everything… and I have a copper one, too!)

It’s something that I’ve been thinking about for a while, but I’m officially moving from my Shopify store to Etsy! I’m not currently making enough online sales to justify the monthly plan, and although I’ve put so much work into it, I think Etsy will work better for my current personal and business goals.

I’m going back to school in just a couple of days so my priorities are changing just a bit. I’m still planning on creating, but my focus is moving to developing my craft and becoming more creative. You’ll probably see more options but in more limited qualities as I make the things that bring me joy instead of restocks. I’ve also been thinking about creating more content around the process and maybe starting a youtube channel! But I won’t get too ahead of myself at the moment. 😅

I’ve been brainstorming ways to highlight my designs through the wrap since I always seem to display them unwrapped. I’m really proud of bringing my vision to life because it came out PERFECT!

I was finally able to unmold one of these monstera soaps after impatiently waiting the last few days! I’ve made them in the past with glycerin soap which is a breeze, but harder with cold process soap. I’m simultaneously testing a new recipe with h**p oil which I’ve been dying to do for months. So far I’m noticing a slight green discoloration (this unmolded one is colored so it’s not THAT green haha) and a bit of a lingering smell. I don’t mind the smell too much, but it might limit the fragrances I use so that it blends well. It might also completely fade so who knows!! The rest need another day to come out since this one is still a little soft but it’s been a fun experiment! Anyways, hope you enjoyed my little ramble this Sunday morning! 🌿

Pride Month may be over, but celebrating ourselves is a year-long occasion!! These bi pride bars are scented is Lavender Sage, which is the most amazing blend of floral and herbaceous that might just put you to sleep you’re not careful!

Showing a little love for Flowering Incense this morning! This fragrance is totally perfect blend of floral and earthy with notes like lavender, eucalyptus, sage, cedarwood, and vetiver. It leans floral but is an amazing unisex scent that I would put on everyone if I could! 💐

I’m still in restock mode, but I have a handful of these bars and a few others waiting for their new home!

I had big plans for pride soaps this year but with my last minute decision to move my studio, I wasn’t able to make my pride soap dreams come true! But real pride exists all year so there will always be more time! I’m so thankful to have sold out of my rainbow bars (Emerald Agave) at my market this month and they were my first to pour after getting re-set up! I’m also moving to slightly larger bars, seen here!! Uncured weight is just over 5oz, so we will see what they shrink down to. These will be back in stock mid-July both online and at !

I’m so thrilled to be setting up in my hometown this weekend! 🤩 I’ve attended fairs on these streets throughout my childhood and it’s so special to be sitting on the other side of the table! Come out and support tons of local small businesses and be sure to stop by my tent to say hi! 💕✨

After a lot of hard work, I’ve finally finished moving out of my studio and back into my home. It’s feeling really bittersweet after being there for over a year, but I feel like this is going to be good for me in the long run. I’m excited to start filming my process more and posting more frequently on social media!

And a special thank you for the orders placed over the last month! You really kept me going and feeling motivated! (It’s been tough not being able to create for the last month and feeling a little out of touch with my business…)
