You could say I’m a YouTuber now (or not lol) my first personal vlog is now live on my YouTube.
This vlog is a big one for me, I had the privilege to train at my sponsors gym - COJO’s. Huge thanks to and for this!
… I trained legs and also did my best at trying to be a model for the afternoon lol.

My latest YouTube video has just dropped, from last weekend with me being away from home.
Although my routine was different, all boxes were ticked as normal with me being deep into prep.
I hit my usual Saturday session arms and delts, get my steps/cardio completed, give you an update of where I am with my current food plan and much more…
