To Crystal & Jasmine, thank you both for taking time out to indulge me and connecting the dots about DEI, your work ensuring DEI programming continues to exist, and what we can do to hold corps, businesses, and/or orgs that we work for, support, love, and/or trust are prioritizing diversity, inclusion, and equity for all.🫱🏾🫲🏽

Working women are facing
extraordinary challenges in the US. But it's not the same for everyone, from one state to the next policies around wages, protections, and even rights vary dramatically. States that are restricting women's access to abortion are the same states that have no paid
family leave and restrictions that make it harder for working women to provide for their children.

My face after 🎬Take #15… 🥴!
Typically, the first take is always the most successful one. I always try to encourage clients to knock it out the first time. Most times, it is a success. When it’s not, just remember to relax and try not to be like me… on take #15.
🥂 Toast to new, exciting and impactful year!
Cheers to 2022!
It’s been awhile… But I’ve been meaning to share this:
Business Owners/ Bosses/ CEOs/ Entrepreneurs:
Having a presence on social media is vital to any business. While every platform may not be for your business, it is essential for you to examine which best fits. You can determine that by knowing who your target audience is. Knowing your target audience will make all the difference in where and how you spend your time on social media.

I joined this wonderful organization in 2008. I was instantly drawn in to its members - women (& men) who were activists in and throughout the community. I learned quickly that Women For Progress was truly about 3 things - Action, Advocacy & Awareness.
I’m truly honored to work alongside this dynamic group of women leaders, educators, former elected officials, business owners, attorneys, retirees and so much more.
Thank you for this recognition! 💜

Mama/Daddy, I made it! (Sorta, kinda but not really 🥴😆)
Someone just sent this to me… I’m shocked and excited at the same time. Here’s why…
Shocked… Because y’all, I never thought in a million years that my face would make an actual billboard! Seriously! Wow! 😲
Excited… because I was one of the featured speakers at this Higher Purpose Co. event back in 2016. I’ve witnessed it grow and become a premier, must attend event for any and all women, small business owners - aspiring AND established. Seriously, if you have not registered for this FREE event happening in the Capitol City (Jackson, MS), you need to ASAP!
It is worth your time and will certainly impact your future. It was life changing for me as an established business owner and someone who was wanting to break into public speaking! You do NOT want to miss this event happening on Saturday, September 18th at the Jackson Convention Complex.
