Movie Talk Strategies Are you looking for ways to spend more class time using the target language? Then you need MovieTalk! I've been working hard at school this year! Learning so many strategies to help my little learners. Hope to have some camps and fun classes again this summer!

A week of Spanish and art! We have had so.much.fun! And as you can see, learning doesn't always come in the form of a worksheet.
We've made fairies and princesses, painted, learned about the effects of salt on watercolors, looked beyond the obvious to find shapes and art in the everyday. We've had sword fights, played house and run our own cafe. Annie was a brilliant server. She makes delicious plastic chicken.

A few pics of some of my awesome students! Love these kids so much!
Kid art doesn't have to be complex. My kids LOVE making simple projects like this. We are filling this can with slips of paper with things she can do and when she's bored, she gets to choose a slip and get busy.
If you'd be interested in having your kiddo come make a "Things to Do" box, let me know. I will track down some more polished boxes at Michaels for a nice finished project.
