Requirements:

- University Degree in Science (Biotechnology preferred, Chemistry, Biology, Health Sciences can also be considered) or wide experience in Customer Service in English.

- Fluent in English both written and spoken (Customer Service Agents will participate in meetings with our international staff as well as take occasional calls from customers in the US and Europe)

- Able to work independently and in remote teams

- Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 4am to 1:30pm

The Senior ASP .NET and SQL Server Developer will work with a team to review requirements and generate development designs for production support or new features. They will also develop and test .NET Rest services, develop and test SQL procedures, and create SQL Server reports as part of their short term responsibilities.

Skill Set and Qualifications

Adaptable to new environments, people, technologies and processes.

Solid programming skills in C # and ASP .NET.

Good knowledge and skills of SQL Server from a developer stand point.

Strong web development fundamentals.

Familiarity with Javascript and any of its frameworks.

Good communication skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Ability to understand requirements and generate development designs.

Job Purpose
The Sales Prospector prepares source data for computer entry into Research Solutions’s CRM database.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Look for prospects in the appropriate market
• Generate prospect data that enables team members to book meetings (e-mail address, phone number, etc.)
• Keeps data up to date and refreshed
• Master social tools, such as LinkedIn, Facebook etc. in order to discover more information about prospects
• Develop and use CRM practice and tools that capture data effectively and efficiently
• Follow a clearly defined prospecting process
• Close collaboration with marketing and referral partners in order to qualify leads to improve conversion to deal rate through campaigns

Skills & Qualifications:
• SUPERIOR language skills in English (written and spoken)
• Sales minded & winner mindset (wants the SM to be successful in closing deals & whilst thinking from customer perspective)
• Able to work with software tools like HubSpot & Microsoft programs
• Organized, structured, creative, precise & pro-active
• Master tools, such as LinkedIn, Google, etc. in order to discover more information about member prospects
