i m in town sharing yoga and pilates somatic sessions.
and those sweet girls are two of the many beautiful people i keep meeting
through this substantial and so much needed work of guiding them in conscious outter and inner movement practices.
I am at least happy and grateful, mainly because they are happy and grateful to get to know their body, move in a way that they have never moved before, discover sensations that they never imagined they exist and experiencing their consciousness taping into dimensions that remind them what is all about.
this is the path of yoga, somatics and all those movement arts, ancient and modern, that are based on concsiousness awareness and aim in consciousness expansion
where limitations turn into opportunities and opportunities turn into formless eternity.
in that space the thought is not the substance anymore, but just a butterfly that crossed our sight and eventually got lost and forgotten.

we celebrate the international yoga day & the summer solstice
first thing in the morning
with a free yoga share
to salute the sun for his longest stay with us in the whole year
we meet at pearl cavo around 06.00 at morning and for about an hour maybe longer we can move our body elements in yoga rythm and vibration
in a praying & sharing intention
exchanging our energy with the glorious sun
just show up with your mat or a towel, a bottle of water and maybe your bathing suit to enjoy the libyan waters afterwards

Five years into my 50s, I wished my younger self could have conjured what I see now as I step into living my 70th year. Women over 50 are achieving their best success after 50, 60, 70.
Rather than just hanging on, experience and wisdom now mean our most productive days are in front of us.
