In 2015 Riverside CFC fielded 24 teams and 308 players in this successful league that boasts over 1500 participants across 11 clubs.
Established in 1999 and based in Beckenham Western Australia, Riverside CFC competes in the Western Australian Christian Football Association (WACFA) competition. Season officially starts this Saturday!
We are almost there! Please find below important information and reminders as we head into the Opening Ceremony this Saturday 20th April at ASHFIELD RESERVE.
1) See below updated Opening Ceremony Map with the addition of a few extra U10/U12 pitches to accommodate our numbers.
2) Allocated parking zones are listed on the attached map. Please ensure all adhere to the areas listed in green. Strictly no parking in the red zones. Note that there is an overflow parking at Cyril Jackson campus- there will be parking attendants at and around the reserve to assist members.
3) Food and Drink will be on sale from the ASHFIELD Soccer Club Canteen inside the club at the Grandstand area (displayed on Map). A coffee van is also available from 7am.
4) SAUSAGE SIZZLE- will be put on by Ashfield Soccer Club on the grassed area near the club. Patrons to purchase these from our canteen and will be given a ticket to redeem for one hotdog.
5) Clubs are to assemble at the Parade Muster Area at 10.15am in Alphabetical order for a prompt 10.30am start.
6) Mini Roos game times for the U6 and U8 remain at standard full time matches with 2 x 20 minute halves and 5 minute half time break.
7) Mini Roos game times for the U10 and U12 have been shortened to accommodate the numbers- they will also play 2 x 20 minute halves with a 5 minute half time break.
NOTE: this means ALL MiniRoos Matches have a 45 minute time slot allocated, with a 5 minute allowance in between for match changeover. Times must be strictly adhered to to ensure that everyone is running on time, not just for the ceremony but for the remainder of the day.

GRAND FINAL DAY ⚽️🏆
We invite all members, family & friends to come along for the final day of the 2023 season.
Grand Finals start from 9am. Presentations will be inbetween pitches 3 and 4 (north end) in between each break.
Our Nationals Team will also be running a Sausage Sizzle at the Stage Area near canteen.
Looking forward to celebrating with you all!

We love seeing the parents get involved....tonight the U10 Tiger Sharks had a parent V child game at training.
Both teams were out to win, and only a few injuries :)...there was great community spirit and cheering on the sidelines.

GIRLS FOOTBALL- WIN WORLD CUP TICKETS 👀⚽️
Women's World Cup is in Australia this year and there are a few games scheduled for Perth. In the interest of continuing to build our female player community we are giving all our junior female players a chance to win tickets to attend.
In order to win the tickets, players must submit a written nomination for the team player they believe best contributes to a positive and encouraging culture within their team and club.
