I really hate to do it but I will NOT be vending at the Ridgefield First Saturday Market tomorrow 7/6 due to the heat! My candles will for sure melt and my air freshie bags will steam up. I cannot afford to loose inventory due to weather.

I will be fully stocked and ready for Toledo Lavender Festival next week on July 12th, 13th, and 14th!!!

Today myself and a handful of vendors will be at the Toledo Elementary School gym from 9am-4pm selling all sorts of handmade goods! The PTO also has a book fair set up as well as some raffle baskets to help raise money for field trips for the students.

I made a fresh batch of gluten free play dough that smells like strawberries and cream and has a heart gemstone "hidden" inside. Very limited quantity! I also have lots of teacup candles, wax melts, air freshies, and so much more!

I have some in-person shopping events booked and will be putting some more events on my summer calendar soon! Trying to find a balance of vending and getting out into nature when the weather turns nice!

Toledo Lavender’s 6th Annual U-Cut Festival with Vendors will be in full swing and is my biggest event of the summer! I always really look forward to this one!

I will update this post when an event link is created for the Toledo Mother's Day Bazaar too! Lot's happening at this one too and is put on by the PTO.

Wowzers!!!! Sorry for being a bit MIA but my little and I got knocked down hard the month of February with a nasty bug. I am finally feeling better and have been tackling business taxes for the first time.

I am hoping to get my online store updated on my website by the end of the month. I'll post as I update the sections. I'll even be offering gift box options too!

I will also be in the process of getting all my ducks in a row to start approaching local businesses to start carrying my products!

Hello! My name is Kelsey and I am the magic behind Curious and Curiouser. Each item is handmade by me in small batches. I take pride in the quality of ingredients/materials being used and find it extremely important to limit toxin exposure in all my smelly good products. I stand behind the quality of my products by offering a headache free guarantee.

My candles are made with a luxury h**p and coconut wax blend, curated with phthalate-free fragrance oils. I incorporate gemstones and bio-glitter into all of my candles too! I also make air freshies with the same phthalate-free fragrance oils, and offer vent clips or hanging options. Some other things that I make are: gemstone leather wrapped bracelets, gemstone earrings, gemstone infused hanging diffusers & essential oil roll on blends, gluten-free play dough with mystery gemstone, tick & bug spray, and a few other handmade goodies.

When I am not busy running my small business or chasing after my 5 year old son, I am often times busy with school work or volunteering at the Toledo Learning Garden.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everyone that came out and shopped with me at the Christmas In Toledo bazaar over the weekend! They say third time is the charm, and I so felt this as it was my BEST year yet! It seriously made my day knowing that I had a customer that drove all the way down from Rochester just to get some of my phthalate-free soy-free candles! Repeat customers is what helps my small business grow and I sincerely thank you!

I finally got the shelf restocked at the Mad Hatter Play Cafe! I added some holiday scents and everyday favorites in teacups and resprayabe air fresheners. I also added a small variety of wax melts too. All products are made with phthalate free fragrance oils and my wax products are made with a luxury blend of coconut/organic h**p.

Thank you from the bottom of my to everyone that came and shopped my booth on Saturday at the Ladies Night in Downtown Chehalis event! It was a great success for me despite the hiccups I encountered at the start of the show. Never have I been so thankful for scan to pay as my card reader decided to say it was damaged on my first sale of the night. I appreciate everyone's patience during check out too!

I even have quite the "funny" story that ended my night too which was getting trapped inside the elevator!!!! I was the last vendor out and the elevator decided it had been up and down too many times so the power was lost for about 10 mins. Thankfully Ashley came to my rescue and calmed me down a bit! Shoutout to Jason for getting down to the building so quickly too. The doors decided to suddenly open and then I was outta there!!!! I had to manually haul the rest of my stuff down a flight of stairs but I was okay with that if it meant not missing my pick up window for Jeremey's pizza!!! LOL!!!

I had to change gears pretty rapidly as I had a 10 page research paper due which covered 6 different scientific studies! If you didn't know I go to school full time for Food and Nutrition in the hopes of one day becoming a Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian....but until then can catch me slinging all of my homemade goodies to start paying off some of my student loans.
