Poiema Life was established with ideas that combine experience and education in Human Development and Family Studies with an education in Fitness Nutrition, Personal Training and Yoga. Poiema Life is a resource for a healthy mind and body through active living, nutrition, inspiration, and creative learning. Along with health coaching for individuals and families, I focus on developing plans that encompass many different aspects of healthy living that are unique to each individual.
