Synonymous with the creativity, Geoliv Infrastructure & Realty excels in its affairs by driving through distinct ways in the journey of building relations. In early 80’s, the predecessors of Geoliv Infrastructure & Realty launched a construction company in Bangalore when the time the Indian economy experienced great challenges, particularly in the construction arena. Established by two brothers, the business found successful aided by untiring efforts of the founders that laid a strong base and secured good market share at that time. However, the business expansion was bestowed to one brother when the counterpart relocated to Cochin. Two decades later, securing academic excellence in technical and management subjects, the ancestor of the founder in Cochin joined in Bangalore. Joined to construct his comprehension base, the new generation family member has been skillful in updates that are aware of the Business and the technologies. Abilities and skills of the new joiner transformed the parent corporation to equip contemporary methods in the construction and infrastructure industry.

Foreseeing the growth in infrastructure sector in Kerala and passion for creativity made the first generation entrepreneur to establish Geoliv Infrastructure & Realty in Kerala, a three years ago. The company has been established as an end-to-end solution for architecture, infrastructure development, and realty, bringing the allied businesses under one roof.

Overcoming difficulties and obstacles was the foremost challenge Geoliv Infrastructure & Realty experienced in the initial periods. However, without having the hesitation as a first generation entrepreneur, the Founder & CEO, lead the team from the front and prevailed over many hurdles and hindrances in the initial period with the confidence and self-esteem he earned from his life. His adept management skills assisted the enterprise to capture the foot printing whilst the prosperous development businesses of its own kind in Karnataka & Kerala. The company witnessed multi-fold growth in the clutches of courage of the promoter to take up noncommercial projects and big commercial projects in a short period since inception.
