Wanted to share a sampling of my Women's Wellness program. This is a full 30min Saturday Stretching session that focuses on the teaching of presence and embodiment, learning to witness the inner-critic and love ourselves where we're at.
My IMI method teaches a reconnection with the wisdom of your own intuition, not just "doing what I do", but cultivating a deep connection with your own inner-awareness, making movements yours that feel best for you.
Always use discernment in performing stretches and balance.

Peek-a-boo. 🫶 It’s been a while since I’ve shown my face. I’ve gone through so much this winter, coming out the other end is a relief, know having my autoimmune disease diagnosed and managed. What I’ve learned is that meds can only go so far, lifestyle is EVERYTHING, if you actually want to feel WELL. I hope you know you deserve to feel well, not just above ILL. So thankful for the great feedback I've gotten from the book so far. So true, what you give, you get.
I've been on the dark side of that phenomenon in all my old madness and confusion, but now I live in the light (comforting my shadows with validity and grace). Whole and restored, still human and imperfect, but complete and unashamed of all that has delivered me to what is now.

I can't help but wonder how many people I know want to buy the book, but won't, and those who want to and will.
This is for those, like myself, who want to stop repeating their unhealthy past patterns and claim their healthy lives as their own. Alignment does such things, funny how that works.

I'll be offering a free online zoom workshop about the method that was the inspiration for the book, the Intuitive Movement Integration (IMI) method. This low-impact, effortless embodiment exercise method was born from my own EXTREME RESISTANCE to exercise caused by immense chronic fatigue caused by health issues I didn't even know I had.
There, I'll share the details about how it came to be and the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of the method myself and others have had, then we'll experience this self-compassion-expanding, body-awareness-cultivating method together. Private, fun, and designed for those who hate to exercise, wish they had the energy to exercise, love to dance, or wish they could dance with confidence and without self-consciousness.

I had to sum up my healing modality to join a community, thought I'd share it here since I often am asked "what do you do?"
The foundation of my work is based on my low-impact exercise class, Intuitive Movement Integration. It serves to develop health awareness and improvement through methods that increase body-confidence, improve posture, and release emotional, mental, and physical stress and tension.
