I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and is still enjoying the holidays! To me, Christmas doesn’t end until January 2nd!🎄🥂🎂 This is one of my favorite weeks of the year, despite all the anxiety it gives me. 🤪 All the foods, family and fun! How about you?

I hear so many people say you shouldn’t wait until the beginning of the year to start eating better, or working out...🏋🏽 You should do it now if you’re serious about it. I’m a firm believer that that is NOT true! You should do you! Enjoy yourself if you want to, guilt free! I feel like those that choose to be happy and do them and start when they are ready will have more success than those that feel like they have to meet someone else’s standards! All that said, if you’re ready to start your journey before the good food is gone, go you! I will be holding out a little longer! 🤷🏼‍♀️

I will be starting a prep week of just getting my eating right the first week and a half of January with my workout group starting January 13th. If you’re interested in joining me in at-home workouts with the best support group around, message me and we’ll get all the details to you so we can get your year started out on the right foot! One of the best ways to stay successful is to have an accountability partner/group and I’d love to be that person for you! 🙃

For now, I hope you enjoy your loved ones, the foods you want to eat (without guilt), the presents you got, and soak in every moment of joy because life is too short not to. ✨ I know I’ll be snuggling these two crazies as much as possible!! 💙

Condiments and salad dressing can ruin your diet. Don't forget to be mindful of what you are adding to spice up your food.

Countdown to Morning Meltdown 💯!!!!

These are all moms who did the test of MM100 at all stages of momming! Some during, some before and some after having a new baby! I can’t wait to get my hands on this program!!

COACHES CAN PURCHASE MM100 ON JULY 1st.. upon purchase you will receive access to the first TEN workouts to test out and use to show your audience the moves! Also coaches, you'll receive 25% off the accessory bundles! 🙌🏼

CUSTOMERS you will be able to purchase on July 16th and you'll receive 5 prep workouts to hold you over until the 29th!

We will all begin on July 29th together!! There are numerous different calendars if want to do 100 workouts in 100 days, or take rest days and double up as needed.. or do 4 days a week or 5 days a week! We will all start together but don't stress about STAYING on the same day.. 100 days is LONG time and so much LIFE is going to happen! But remember these workouts are all only 20-30 mins each so that’ll help with life! We all have 30 mins to spare somewhere in our day!

There will be an INFO GROUP that will be open the beginning of July (probably right after the 4th) if you sign up! Let me know if you want to and I’ll share some package info with you!

If you already have BOD, you'll look at completion packs or accessory bundles.
If your BOD expires in July or even August.. you may want to consider canceling your BOD and getting a full challenge pack to get the most bang for your bucks and re-up on another year of BOD access!

Someone posted this today and I loved the heck out of it! KINDNESS is so important and it seems to be a lost trait in today’s world. Not just in kids, in adults too!

Kindness is something we can instill in our kids so when they go into the world they might make someone’s day! Teaching them to open doors for people, being kind to those that we see in stores checking us out or waiting on us, making eye contact (people really appreciate that!), using please and thank you (and meaning it), and just being a good friend. You never know what other people are facing in their world, so sometimes just a kind smile goes the longest way!

How we treat people speaks volumes about what kind of person we are. And where other peoples opinions of us don’t matter, I’d rather people think we’re overly kind than not❣️

Now I’m not saying my kids are perfect, because they’re not. But it’s something we work on daily (through a lot of eye rolls) because kindness rocks and one day they’ll appreciate me for it! 😬🤷🏼‍♀️

Foodie Friday!!

A great way to satisfy your sweet tooth… without sending you completely off the rails of your meal plan. Up first: Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites.

These are made with Greek yogurt, which is a nutrient-dense creamy treat that contains protein, calcium, and phosphorus (which is good). And it takes these little frozen treats to a whole new level!

This recipe serves 6. Container count: ½ purple, ½ yellow, ½ blue, ½ tsp

Ingredients
½ cup finely chopped raw almonds
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp extra-virgin organic coconut oil, melted
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¾ cup reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp raw honey
1½ cups finely chopped fresh strawberries (but feel free to mix things up with other fresh summer berries!)

Instructions
1. Prepare 6 muffin cups by lining with cupcake liners. Set aside.
2. Combine almonds, sugar, oil, and cinnamon in a small bowl; mix well.
3. Divide almond mixture evenly between muffin cups. Set aside.
4. Combine yogurt and honey in a small bowl; mix well.
5. Evenly top almond mixture with yogurt mixture and strawberries.
6. Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
7. Remove from cupcake liners to serve.

Water Wednesday 💦

So we all know that water is an extremely important part of our lives...but are you drinking enough? Here’s a little way to make sure you’re getting enough water intake for YOUR body! Don’t forget to add in more ounces when you do extra activities!! 🏋️‍♀️🥊⚾️🥎🏀⚽️🎾🚴🏼‍♀️

Seems pretty simple right? Yet some of us still end up dehydrated! Why? Because water doesn’t taste as good as pop...true! 🤷🏼‍♀️ But we only get one body so we have to take care of it! Figure out if you like your water cold or room temp, bottled or in a cup or water jug from your house, and chug if you have to! Little secret...(you should already know this)...drinking water makes our skin prettier too! 😊

2 WEEKS!!! ✌🏼😁

It’s my two week countdown to getting to start back on my fitness journey! 💪🏼

I was quiet through most of my pregnancy, I worked out as I could through about 3/4 of it. I wanted to prove to myself that just because I was pregnant didn’t mean I couldn’t work on my health and staying strong enough to chase my 1 year old with my big ole belly at full speed! (I’m sure not recommended by my doctor, but I didn’t disclose that info) But I also had multiple complications throughout the 10 months I was pregnant resulting in a very unsurprising, but still, unplanned c-section!

Now let’s be serious though, I’m not going to jump in and kill myself, it’s going to be a slow intro back in since they cut my stomach muscles! But I will remind myself day after day, that progress is progress and you don’t make progress without showing up!

I’m starting my next group right along with me. Maybe you’re extremely fit and just want to do 30-60 min workouts at home because sometimes it’s hard to get to the gym everyday, but super easy when your house is the gym! Or maybe you’re at a beginner stage and want to start with me and do the program I’m going to do to ease into everything, still going to kick our butts, just not as quickly! If that’s you...send me a message and we’ll get you fixed up and ready to go!

Super important disclosure...this is NOT a fad diet, this is a lifestyle change! Can you workout, eat right and do whatever you need to in order to reach your goals? Most likely, yes. But you will not be able to maintain those goals without a change in your lifestyle! 🤷🏼‍♀️

Reasons to do at home workouts...
🔸It is cheaper and equally effective💲
🔸Maybe you’re shy and you don’t want people watching you ☺️
🔸You can literally wear whatever you want..and I mean anything! 😬👀
🔸You can work out with new and old friends online together...or by yourself👯‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
🔸You can throw out the excuse of I didn’t have time to the gym!! 🏋️‍♀️ It’s literally anywhere you want it to be at touch of a button! ANYWHERE!!!
🔸You don’t have a babysitter...no problem! Your baby can watch/join you! 👶👧👦 Why not teach them about a healthy lifestyle while they’re young!?! 🤷🏼‍♀️

My workouts look different these days, yes! 🤰🏼 But I still get them in! 💪🏼 And I’d love to have you in my next challenge group where there are other like minded women just waiting to encourage you on your journey no matter where you may be at in it! Because who doesn’t love a cheering squad for every little piece of progress!?!? 👏🏻👏🏻🎉
