Tennessee Whiskey Mule

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients:

1½ ounces Tennessee whiskey
4 ounces ginger beer
Fresh mint leaves
3 lime wedges

Instructions:

Muddle five mint leaves and two lime wedges to release their juices and essence.
Put the lime juice and mint into a glass filled with ice and add whiskey. Top with ginger beer and stir.
Garnish with mint leaves and a lime wedge. Enjoy!

Classic Gin-Gin Mule for 30 Cocktails
Serves: 30

Ingredients:

45 oz gin
32 oz ginger beer, homemade
32 oz simple syrup
23 oz fresh lime juice
6 bundles mint for muddling and garnish

Instructions:

In a mixing glass, add the simple syrup, lime juice, and mint. Muddle well to extract the essence of the mint leaves.
Add ginger beer, gin, and ice into the mixture.
Garnish with mint and serve.

Strawberry Rum Mule

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients:

50ml rum
25ml lime juice
2 teaspoon sugar
5 strawberries, ripe
Ginger beer
Dash of bitters
1 strawberry, to garnish

Instructions:

Muddle ripe strawberries in a shaker, then add lime juice, rum, sugar, and bitters.
Add cubed ice into a highball glass, then strain the mixture into it.
Top with ginger beer.
