When not playing with the band, you will still catch me performing my songs solo as Tensas occasionally. My bandmate, Desha, and I have been playing shows together for over half a year now… and we recently released our first recording together called , and now we have a special surprise for you coming soon on a new song or two we’ve been working on this summer. We dropped by last week and hung out with my friend Jesse at the Analogue, which is a killer local business that supports live music and offers a mix of vinyl, books, coffee and more. We’ll be performing a more intimate set inside their record store on September 22nd from 7-9pm and hope to see some of ya’ll there!

Bumped into this lad again randomly backstage at Dusty Boots festival a few weeks back when he stopped by unexpectedly to introduce Margo Price! I first met Nathaniel Rateliff over a decade ago after he and the night sweats were still a local Colorado band that opened up for Lucero down at The Black Sheep in Colorado Springs.

He inspired me with his energy and stage presence that 1st night seeing him live, and he’s just as genuine now as he was back in the day when we first chatted in the crowd watching Lucero after his gig that night. It’s been too cool seeing how far he’s come since!🤘
