These simple ground-based movements will save your body to stay fit and active for life. Take care of your joints, improve your mobility, and eliminate chronic aches & pains.
No equipment necessary for this one. But, if you have tight hips, you might want some blocks or a rolled up towel to help with modifications.

Spending too much time sitting can wreak havoc on your hips and back. But there's a simple solution that will help alleviate pain and build mobility! Try these simple & "natural" stretches to keep your body in balance.
You'll find these movements in many of my follow-along videos on YouTube. This clips is at 4x speed to highlight some of the variations of movement that I use within each position to nurture my mobility. Spend time exploring different movements in each position to find out what works best for your body.
Static stretching alone has limited value. Mobility requires intention & movement!
Perform these ground sitting stretches daily - they work best when you make them part of your everyday routine. When you wake up in the morning and when relaxing at night, spend 15-30 minutes per day on the ground.
